Refund, Returns and Replacement Policies:

If for any reason you decide to return the purchased product(s), you need to call or e-mail us to obtain a return authorization (RA) number within 10 business days. The returned product(s) needs to be returned with RA number in the original packaging and in like-new condition. There is 12% restocking fee and shipping cost if shipping is free. The remaining will be refunded within 2 business days once we receive your returned item(s). You will receive an e-mail message concerning the refund.
